About The Role We are seeking a motivated and people‑oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on supporting on‑site marketing initiatives, brand activations, and event‑based promotions. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with guests, supporting marketing operations during live events, and working closely with event and marketing teams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support on‑site marketing activities during events, promotions, and client activations. Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing initiatives. Engage with attendees to provide information about brands, products, or services. Help organize marketing materials, displays, and promotional resources. Coordinate with event staff and supervisors to ensure smooth marketing operations. Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies. Provide feedback to supervisors regarding attendee engagement and event flow. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and team members. Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast‑paced environments. Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
