Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit aerial and pole attachment applications
• Coordinate with utilities, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely application approvals
• Track permit statuses and proactively follow up on delays or issues
• Review project plans for regulatory compliance
• Act as a liaison between contractors, project managers, and authorities
• Maintain organized permit records and generate regular status reports
• Identify and resolve permitting issues and provide proactive solutions

Skills/Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in permit coordination or project management
• Strong knowledge of make-ready engineering and permitting processes
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
