Located in La Crosse, WI Pay: 18.5 Job Full Description Assembly Line Associate - Caledonia, MNPay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a nationally recognized, thriving manufacturing company in Caledonia to hire Manufacturing Associates . This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with no repetitive heavy lifting , offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, excellent benefits, and a hiring bonus! Key Responsibilities:
- Place and remove mandrels from hot molds
- Operate resin presses according to specifications
- Cut and prepare carbon and fiberglass materials, applying them to mandrels
- Work with various machines for application and inspection processes to produce finished bat shells
- Mix solutions, paint, apply graphics, and follow detailed specification sheets and work orders
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Hands-on and adaptable across multiple departments
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Capable of standing, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
