Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (3rd Shift) Monroeville, PA $17.50/hour SundayWednesday | 5:00 PM 3:30 AM Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (3rd Shift) Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate to join our overnight operations team. In this role, you will support pharmacy operations by accurately assembling, packaging, and shipping patient medication orders while maintaining inventory and warehouse organization. This position works under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery to patients. Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (3rd Shift) Key Responsibilities Retrieve and organize shipping documents and labels for order fulfillment Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medications for shipment Track outgoing shipments and follow up on delivery status Report delayed or undelivered packages Maintain organized records of daily shipping reports Receive and stock incoming inventory and supplies Perform physical inventory counts and daily cycle counts Restock pharmacy picking areas as needed Assist with purchase orders and inventory reconciliation Maintain proper inventory levels and manage returned goods per company procedures Keep warehouse and stock areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (3rd Shift) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred Pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to use a 10-key pad and type at least 20 WPM Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (preferred) Additional Requirements Must be able to read, write, and understand English Starting June 1, 2026: Must obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License (trainee license acceptable) Why Join Us?
