Commercial Lines Sales Executive

Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth and managing client relationships within the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing a substantial book of business, with a preference for experience in real estate or technology industries.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size)
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package
- Remote Work : Fully remote within the Nashville metro area; equipment provided
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a book of business with a minimum revenue of $750,000 or greater
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate client records
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Tennessee
- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance sales, with a preference for candidates experienced in real estate or technology accounts
- Book of Business : Proven ability to build and manage a book of business with a minimum revenue of $750,000
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
