We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join a well-established, scratch kitchen restaurant group in North Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a GM-ready leader who thrives in a hands-on, guest-focused environment and is looking for long-term growth.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of AGM or GM experience in full-service restaurants
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Strong guest service and operational focus
- Stable work history
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and support the team on the floor
- Coach and develop staff to deliver a strong guest experience
- Assist with sales, local marketing, and community engagement
- Support financial performance and overall restaurant operations
