Restaurant Assistant Manager (NIGHT)

Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management Position: Assistant Manager Experience: 2 years Shift: 2:00 pm - Close Hourly Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 (annual: $51,500 - $55,500) Responsibilities Execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values to create a great customer experience and maximize sales. Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee daily operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market and fountain sales. Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. Share responsibility for ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. Qualifications Customer focus. Strong work ethic with high standards for integrity. Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team. Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions. Effective communication with leadership team members. Ability to identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance. Follow-up and discipline follow-through. Initiate action and achieve goals. Organized, detailed and able to follow practices/procedures. Ability to review, understand and analyze reporting results. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Retail Management experience. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid Driver License. Work Schedule Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.
