Associate - Commercial Transactions (Copyright/Technology)

About the Role We are seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join the transactional side of our Copyright practice. This role focuses on advising leading technology, digital media, and content‑driven companies on complex, standalone commercial transactions, including licensing, data and content acquisition, dispute settlement, and strategic partnership agreements. Qualifications Substantial experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated, bespoke commercial agreements, ideally within a technology transactions, IP licensing, or similar practice at a leading law firm. Background in entertainment, music or media is a plus but not required. Prior experience working in the music/entertainment/content space is desired; this position emphasizes principal‑side deal work and is not primarily focused on M&A or financing transactions.
