Position Overview Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Healthcare Associate with 3-6 years of substantive experience handling healthcare transactions (M&A, private equity) in a law firm or corporate setting. Candidates can be based out of our Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C. office. This associate will be part of our Corporate, M&A and Securities group. Qualifications Experience advising clients on key healthcare regulatory issues, including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, and reimbursement rules. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as physician employment agreements, management service agreements (MSAs), clinical trial agreements, and vendor contracts. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills; self‑motivated, confident, personable team players. Outstanding professional credentials and must be admitted to practice in their respective state. #J-18808-Ljbffr
