Chez Fifi, the newest restaurant from We All Gotta Eat! Group, is seeking a full-time host to join our door team and care for our discerning clientele of regulars, special occasion and high profile guests. Must have open availability including weekends and holidays.

Primary responsibilites include:

• Welcoming with sincerity and seating guests with care.
• Acting as first impression and point of communications at the door for all guests, and fielding inquiries from walk-in requests to sharing general information.
• Managing wait times and working at the direction of management and in collaboration with the team to care for guest issues.
• Assist with adjustments of seating plans and table configurations as needed.
• Assist with the execution of special events in the lounge and dining room as needed.
• Support coat check and service as necessary,
• Collaborate and confirm plans and guest notes are updated. When unclear, confirm guest notes & requests with the reservationist team.
• Model hospitality, respect and professionalism in all interactions.

Multi-lingual is a plus.
Experience with Seven Rooms and Toast POS a plus.
