The Senior Administrative Assistant serves as a strategic partner to a senior leader, enabling focus, clarity, and decision velocity in a complex and fast-moving environment. This role is designed to proactively protect and optimize the leader’s time and elevate communication quality. Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thought partner, not solely an administrative support resource. Proven experience managing competing priorities, complex calendars, and high-stakes communications with minimal direction. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce polished, executive-ready materials. **Skills and Competencies** Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and manage ambiguity. Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication skills.
