Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 24 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >35 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Charge experience required; must be willing to work charge. Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience strongly required. Drip experience required. Must have experience with insulin drips, esmolol drips, and sodium drips.

Preferred Skills/Experience: ICU experience strongly preferred. Small critical access facility experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Special Requests: Any requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; requests after upload, during interview, or after offer will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer.

Unit Details: Adaptive acuity unit; on occasion travelers will be asked to provide PCU care (3:1 ratio), and this care may not be refused.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays required if needed. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Call requirements: TBD.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice.

5 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years
