Growing together. As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you will perform a wide range of routine and complex pharmaceutical duties in support of pharmacy operations. Assume a lead role among support staff within the pharmacy. Relieves the Pharmacist of duties related to the intake of new prescription information and the handling of Schedule II controlled substances per MA Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Location: 111 Grossman Drive Braintree, MA 02184 Department: Pharmacy Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week. Will be working an 8-hr shift during Site Operating Hours of: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm, with rotating Saturday/Sunday rotation 9:00am - 5:00pm Primary Responsibilities:Support pharmacists by processing prescriptions, entering data, and preparing medications including compounding and labelingDeliver excellent customer service during medication pick-up, payment processing, and counseling offersManage inventory, receive and inspect shipments, price and store medications, and restock clinical areasAdminister vaccines, report safety events, and contribute to quality improvement and departmental initiativesCollaborate effectively with the pharmacy team, uphold compliance with regulations, and maintain required certificationsMay be required to travel to other sites if neededWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 - $32 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
