Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-4:20 AM; Sunday, 8:00 PM-4:00 AM
Schedule Type: Fixed 12-hour shift schedule
Additional Requirements: Overtime and holiday work may be required.
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Mechanic to support maintenance and manufacturing operations in an industrial environment.

The General Mechanic will be responsible for designing, fabricating, installing, repairing, modifying, and maintaining machinery, equipment, structures, and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience maintaining heavy industrial equipment and a strong working knowledge of mechanical repair, welding, millwright work, hydraulics, sheet metal, pipe fitting, and blueprint interpretation.

This position requires a highly skilled, safety-conscious individual who can troubleshoot mechanical systems, perform repairs, and work effectively with a variety of industrial tools and equipment.
Primary Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, install, repair, modify, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical equipment issues.
• Perform millwright, pipe fitting, welding, and fabrication work as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Work with hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
• Assist with installation, modification, and maintenance of structures and facilities.
• Operate a variety of industrial tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform rigging and material-handling activities using hoists and cranes.
