Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Seating Management: Manage the seating chart and waitlist to optimize table turnover.
Communication: Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Support: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule
