Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Nurse Coordinator - $40-75 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Clinical Nurse Coordinator Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Staff Under the direction of the director, assumes a leadership role in the overall functioning of the unit. Provides direct patient care while facilitating an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, patient flow, staffing, resource utilization and problem solving. Assists the director in monitoring and evaluating staff performance based on established standards of care. Assists staff in applying the nursing process in the management of patients with complex needs. Assists in identifying educational needs of the unit staff and works collaboratively with the Professional Practice Department. Anticipates and solves patient clinical and customer service needs while addressing long‑term solutions. Facilitates communication and collaboration with co‑workers, other disciplines, and other departments to identify customer service needs. Coordinates unit‑based staffing assignments on a shift basis to achieve high quality and cost‑effective care. Performs related duties as required.
