Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce / SQL Data Engineer to support our Marketing and CRM teams while working closely with the Data Engineering organization. This role will focus on:
- Salesforce Data Cloud integrations
- Snowflake data operations
- Calculated Insights (CI) development
- Audience segmentation to enable targeted marketing activation through Marketing Cloud
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Snowflake SQL development
- CRM data modeling
- Marketing audience segmentation
Requirements
- Ability to support / develop Salesforce Data streams - egress to Snowflake and ingress from Snowflake to SFSC
- Ability to support / develop Calculated Insights (CI) within Salesforce Data Cloud to support building segments and activate those to Marketing Cloud
- Ability to query data from Snowflake (DY Enterprise Data Warehouse) to ensure the segments developed within CI are accurate
- Support the CRM analyst with segment development and deployment
