As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer & Supervisor, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide exceptional customer experience by leading maintenance operations and facility infrastructure support within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and facility systems while leading a team of maintenance technicians.

At minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering or related technical field. Equivalent experience may be considered toward the educational requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance, facilities, or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and facility systems.
• Experience managing maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to manage teams and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

It'd be great if you also have:

• Strong knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems and troubleshooting.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), PMP, or related certification.
• Experience with energy maintenance and sustainability programs.
• OSHA safety training and regulatory compliance experience, for example: OSHA, ISO standards, and LOTO procedures.
• Experience with metal/wood fabrication equipment, CNCs, welding robots and paint systems.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
