Junior Team Lead (Career Growth Track)

Do you possess natural leadership instincts but lack the professional experience on your resume to prove it? Our Junior Team Lead position is an entry-level role explicitly designed to transition into a management tier. You will start at the ground floor learning the core mechanics of our face-to-face campaigns before taking on trainer and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Master the basics of field brand representation and customer acquisitions in your first few weeks.
Progress into coaching, training, and mentoring newer associates on campaign mechanics.
Conduct daily morning meetings, run the numbers, and help motivate the campaign room.
