Senior Project Accountant

Project Accountant IIWilldan is seeking a Project Accountant II to join our team, reporting to the Division Controller of a growing, publicly traded company. This role will manage financial data sets tied to invoices, work orders, and project statuses, including capital projects for Fortune 500 clients. This position is an in-office role based in Alpharetta, GA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Track, manage, and reconcile financial data, including invoices, work orders, and project statuses.Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.Participate in financial reporting and month-end close processes.Manage capital projects for large corporate clients.Job Requirements / Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.2-3+ years of accounting experience.Direct experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Accounting.Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar data management tools.Experience with Costpoint (Deltek) or other GL software.EEO Non-Discrimination and ADA Reasonable Accommodation Statement Willdan is an equal opportunity employer.
