Children of America (COA) is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our school leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional who is ready to take on additional responsibility, support a team, and grow their career in early childhood education. As a Program Coordinator, you'll play an important role in the daily success of the school. You'll work closely with the School Director and Assistant Director while supporting teachers, classrooms, children, and families. What You'll Do Support the School Director and Assistant Director with daily school operations Provide classroom support and help maintain a positive, well-managed learning environment Step into classrooms and provide coverage when needed Support teachers with classroom management, programming, and daily activities Help develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs Maintain accurate classroom, child, and program records Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports Help ensure the school meets company, state licensing, and accreditation requirements Assist with school activities and events, including field trips and parent conferences Monitor classroom supplies and materials to ensure teachers have what they need Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Help address day-to-day challenges and keep the school running smoothly Serve as the third level of management when the School Director and Assistant Director are unavailable This Is a Great Next Step If You...
