We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team. This position follows a 3-12's schedule. Work 36 hours, get paid 40!

Schedule: Friday - Sunday from 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM.

Overall Objectives of this Position:

• Set-up, adjust, and operate all machining equipment to produce parts required to specified tolerances at an acceptable cost.
• Accurately fabricate parts to specification on CNC machines.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Education Required: Trade School/High School Diploma/GED

Specific Job Skills:

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Must be able to communicate clearly when non-conformance are identified and corrective and preventive actions are needed.
• Strong math skills.

What kind of prior work experience.

• 1-5 years' experience as a machinist.
• Experience with Mazak, Makino, and CNC controls.
• Programming is a plus.

What other special training and/or abilities are necessary to qualify for this position?

Analytical ability, interpersonal skills, dexterity, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay: Dependent upon experience (shift includes a shift differential)
$1000.00 sign on bonus after 6 months of employment
