Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Essential Functions/Duties: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes for both hourly and salaried positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pools. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and departmental goals. Screen and shortlist applicants effectively, ensuring alignment with job competencies and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews, including behavioral and competency‑based assessments. Employer Branding: Work collaboratively to enhance the employer brand and promote Roskam Foods as an employer of choice. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and industry networking functions. Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. Maintain accurate documentation of all recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Analyze hiring metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment performance and trends. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations. Stay informed on federal, state, and local employment laws.
