If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making an impact, this is the opportunity for you.**How You'll Make an Impact:*** Be the face of our firm on campus—lead, plan, and energize recruiting events like career fairs, networking sessions, and leadership programs across Michigan and Northern Ohio* Engage and inspire students through presentations, panels, and interactive experiences* Champion our brand by showcasing what makes our culture, people, and opportunities stand out* Identify top talent by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring journey* Partner closely with leaders across the firm to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies* Build meaningful relationships with professors, career services teams, and student organizations to strengthen our campus presence* Think creatively—explore new ideas, events, and channels to attract diverse and high-potential candidates* Leverage tools and technology to streamline the recruiting process and enhance candidate experience* Support initiatives beyond campus recruiting, contributing to broader talent acquisition efforts**Your Desired Skills, Experiences and Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related field* Experience (or strong interest) in early talent development, talent acquisition, or campus engagement* A natural ability to connect, communicate, and present with confidence and enthusiasm* A passion for building relationships with students and helping them navigate and launch their careers* Experience managing multiple recruiting initiatives, events, and timelines simultaneously* Familiarity with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office tools* Willingness and enthusiasm to travel and maintain a strong on-campus presence to connect with top talentWe Put People First in all that we do.
