About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Lifecycle Marketing and Customer Orchestration to lead the transformation of customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for redefining the brand experience across the entire customer journey, from conversion to long-term value expansion. This role involves leading the evolution from traditional campaign-based marketing to an AI-driven, event-powered model that delivers real-time, deeply personalized, and continuously optimized experiences. The Head of Lifecycle Marketing will architect and scale a modern lifecycle ecosystem, leading strategy and execution in areas such as onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and various customer lifecycle stages. Key responsibilities for the Head of Lifecycle Marketing include building intelligent lifecycle experiences, leading AI-driven customer intelligence, and driving capabilities such as propensity modeling, churn prediction, and next-best-action frameworks. The role also requires a focus on transforming lifecycle marketing infrastructure, partnering with martech and customer data teams to enable event-driven orchestration, real-time segmentation, and AI-assisted optimization. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader, capable of driving measurable business growth and establishing a future operating model that is always-on, customer-centric, data-driven, product-connected, and continuously learning.
