Leasing & Community Experience Specialist

The Scion Group

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) in Asheville, NC to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service in a fast-paced student-living community. You will engage residents, conduct tours of amenities, and support on-site operations. This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and adaptability to seasonal Turn periods and holidays. You will collaborate with management on sales initiatives, events, and feedback to improve the resident #J-18808-Ljbffr
