Production Operator II

Duration : 6 Months with Temporary to Permanent (Temp-to-Hire)

Location : San Diego, CA 92121

Shift : 2:30PM To 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow in aerospace manufacturing. You'll use various tools and equipment to help manufacture or repair aerospace component parts-training is provided on the job.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts.
Load/unload parts into chemical milling and furnace systems.
Follow detailed instructions (travelers) to inspect and complete tasks.
Attend on-the-job training (OJT) sessions.
Ensure parts meet traveler specifications.
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Follow Chromalloy's safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Demonstrate Core Company values ("Three Circles").

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Able to read, write, and understand English (FAA requirement).
Experience using hand tools and industrial/machinery equipment (preferred).
Background in aerospace, construction, or manufacturing (preferred).
Must have good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
