This position will be responsible for the handling of incoming and outgoing internet leads, phone calls and emails. Job Responsibilities: Mine Auto Alert database to identify customers overmileage on lease, or older vehicles pending costly repairs, where new vehicle purchase may make better sense. Prospect follow-up calls set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction. Contact customers based on current marketing incentives. Meets customers in service to discuss new/used car options vs. repair cost Follow-up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales. Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership. Following up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met. Maintaining a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Job Requirements: Great customer service skills & motivation to be successful. Able to multi-task. Able to communicate persuasively with customers in person, and via phone and internet to set appointments, discuss options. Be able to create and maintain customer relationships. Excellent computer skills required. Experience with Auto Alert software preferred Excellent phone presence. Knowledgeable to call center environment. Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
