Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
• Build relationships with customers and assist them with vehicle selection
• Handle internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and customer follow-up
• Become knowledgeable on vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and financing options
• Perform professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Complete manufacturer training and maintain product knowledge certifications
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer communication and sales opportunities
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth handoff process
• Introduce customers to the service department and assist with scheduling their first service appointment
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and manufacturer CSI scores

 

 

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be coached
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
