Join a growing regenerative medicine / medical device company headquartered in Jersey City, NJ as a Marketing Assistant and help elevate brand presence across trade shows + conferences, digital campaigns (social, email, web), and polished collateral + presentations used by executive leadership. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and marketing events. Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and content creation. Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and branded content. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring. Support the Marketing Manager with project coordination, reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and administrative functions. Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries. Trade show, conference, and event coordination experience. Digital marketing experience (social media, email marketing, website content management). Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years preferred industry experience. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally. No travel involved.
