HR Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator (Temporary - 3 Months) Location: Sacramento, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range: $27-$30 per hour Position Overview We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Coordinator to support their team on a 3-month temporary assignment in Sacramento. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR background who can jump in quickly and support a range of human resources functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and HR processes Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with benefits administration, enrollment support, and employee questions Partner with internal teams to coordinate recruiting efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs Assist with implementing HR initiatives and process improvements Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of HR experience required Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations Experience supporting multiple HR functions (onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
