Production Supervisor | 2nd Shift

Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Chandler, AZ

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule:

• 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM

• Four 10-hour shifts per week

• Flexible schedule based on production needs

• Occasional weekend coverage may be required

About the Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a growing, established manufacturer in the health, wellness, and consumer products industry to identify an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity in Chandler, Arizona.

This role will oversee manufacturing operations, lead production employees, and ensure production, quality, safety, and operational objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations

• Direct and support a team of approximately 14–15 production employees

• Coordinate production activities to meet daily schedules and customer commitments

• Partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and address equipment concerns

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cGMP requirements

• Monitor quality and production performance

• Train, coach, and develop employees

• Complete production documentation and operational reporting

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor experience

• Manufacturing leadership experience required

• Experience leading production employees in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and employee development skills

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with maintenance teams

• Experience reading production schedules and coordinating workflow

• Working knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and manufacturing processes preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related systems
