Service Manager

Role Overview As a Service Manager, you will lead and motivate local Pest Technician teams, ensuring excellent service delivery of Terminix products to our customers. Your day‑to‑day activities involve overseeing schedules, maintaining safety standards, and responding to customer needs while fostering a high‑performance team. Responsibilities Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests. Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams. Qualifications Associate’s degree (four‑year degree is highly desirable). Valid driver's license from state of residence. 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to relocate is highly desirable. Ability to effectively lead and motivate others. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presenting). Problem‑solving ability and practical solution orientation. Rapport‑building and trust with customers and employees. Detail oriented with emphasis on safety. Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for calculations related to sales and service. Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
