Energy Services Project Manager

Trane Technologies, a global leader in building climate solutions, is seeking an Energy Services Project Manager to join our Maitland, FL office. The role focuses on delivering project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of energy initiatives. Where Is The Work Project work will be based in Maitland, FL, with frequent travel to customer sites as required. Job Summary The Energy Services Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leading the project team through all phases of the project lifecycle. This role involves managing project scope, scheduling, financial performance, subcontractor relations, and compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements. What You Will Do Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing communication plans with internal and external stakeholders. Lead all aspects of project administration, including contract penalty clauses, liquidated damages, reporting analysis, and compliance with safety guidelines and governing agency requirements. Financially manage projects, monitoring cash flow, forecasting costs and revenue, overseeing collections support, and preparing monthly backlog reviews. Validate project scope, cost, and schedule through contract review, customer expectation setting, risk identification, and mitigation planning. Utilize qualified subcontractors, manage the RFQ process, award subcontracts, and coordinate execution, billing, and safety communications. Create and maintain project schedules using task dependencies and milestones. What You Will Bring Preferred degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management. 3‑5 years of experience with project schedules and PM construction software. Extensive financial analysis experience, including cost segregation, margin analysis, earned value management, or comparable methodologies. Strong financial project management skills with technical knowledge of scope, schedule, and risk. Experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution. Valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range: $77,963.33 - $109,340.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Benefits Health insurance and holistic wellness programs effective Day One.
