Responsibilities Basic Function: Maintain accounts receivables, calculate payroll, and provide direct customer service. Accounts Receivable Maintain accounts. Log and post monthly parker payments. Prepare and make daily bank deposits. Coordinate and collect overdue/outstanding accounts. Support Facility Manager by resolving A/R issues and investigating areas of concern. Assist in preparation of monthly client statements. Payroll Calculate payroll for downtown locations. Enter payroll for assigned locations. Customer Service Answer and direct incoming phone calls, as well as walk-in customer inquiries and transactions. Process mail. Assist Facility Manager with other administrative duties. Qualifications Must be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player and possess an outgoing personality, but comfortable working individually. Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Email. Bookkeeping and AS400 experience a big plus.
