Litigation Legal Secretary - South Bay

A Law firm in the South Bay is looking for an organized and proactive Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy litigation practice. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing court filings, legal documents, and litigation support functions in a fast-paced environment. We are open to reviewing candidates with varying levels of experience, though a stronger litigation background is preferred.

• Experience with electronic filing (e-filing) in State Courts is required; federal court filing experience is a plus
• Prepare, draft, and process Proofs of Service, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court deadlines and requirements
• Provide litigation support, including preparing and serving discovery documents and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process
• Create and format Tables of Authorities (TOA), Tables of Contents (TOC), and assemble exhibits and court filings for submission
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines; real estate or business litigation experience is a plus
