We are seeking a Mechanical Service Manager to join our team that is hands on but wants to advance into management! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

We take pride in offering a small business environment that is fun and rewarding to work in and is a bit slower paced than the high pressure big business environments that are out there. This allows us to give a better customer service environment and make the job much more rewarding.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with regards to our trailers and RV fish house products
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Diversity of duties a plus from RV repairs to welding. We are able to train and have another senior mechanic with excellent welding experience.
• Wide variety of duties and desire to be a "jack of all trades" a plus.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
