ALS Paramedic MS Transport

As an ALS Paramedic with MedStar Health, you will provide high-quality advanced life support and safe medical transport for diverse patient populations across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. Working within a large, mission-driven health system, you will perform rapid assessments, deliver critical interventions, and coordinate care during 911 and interfacility transports. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and dispatch teams, use advanced clinical protocols and technology, and participate in ongoing training and career development in a patient-first, team-oriented culture.
