ALS Paramedic

As an ALS Paramedic with MedStar Health’s Emergency Services team, you deliver advanced life support in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. You’ll perform rapid assessment, triage, and critical interventions, including airway management, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration for diverse patient populations. Working in a collaborative, patient-first environment, you’ll partner with nurses, physicians, and EMS personnel, leverage advanced clinical protocols, and participate in ongoing training, research, and quality improvement to elevate compassionate, evidence-based emergency care in the community.
