Join our small, independent café as a Barista, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert beverage preparation and friendly service. You will be part of a close-knit team, working flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including espresso-based drinks
- Provide excellent in-person customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Take and process customer orders promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in food and beverage service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Good time management skills and reliability
