No prior insurance experience is required. We also guide you step-by-step through the process of obtaining your insurance license, so you’re never navigating it alone.

As a licensed insurance agent, you’ll work primarily with in-house generated leads, allowing you to focus on building strong client relationships and closing business, with minimal prospecting required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on insurance products and services.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Track performance and analyze sales trends.
