Silver Dollar Resort HousekeeperWith a culture of recognition and reputation for excellence, ELS is the ideal organization in which to develop a long and successful career!ELS is hiring for the position of Silver Dollar Resort Housekeeper in Odessa, Florida.JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the Community common areas used by current and prospective residents/guests. Works as a team participant along with maintenance staff to ensure the Community meets the quality standards set by ELS.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCleans office, clubhouse, public access areas as directed. This includes but is not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.Keeps common areas clean and maintain them to ELS standards.Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies.Provides assistance to the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas to Resort Office/Maintenance Supervisor.Maintains open communication with Resort Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.Assists with clean-up at community sponsored resident activities and functions.May be required to drive motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies.Assist Resort Manager with resident inquiries in a timely, professional manner, demonstrating the ability to solve problems and address conflict in a positive manner, i.e. exhibiting patience and concern.Provide outstanding customer service, representing ELS in a professional manner at all times.Performs other duties as assigned.Experience & skills you need:High school diploma or the equivalent.One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.Organizational skills and attention to details.Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.In return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) employer match, and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.We invite you to visit our web site for additional information regarding our exceptional resort communities.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and thank all applicants.
