Primary Responsibilities

• Process paperwork related to vehicle sales after they are funded, along with all registration work.
• Copy documents and assemble packages for banks, State Motor Vehicle Department and file or forward to the appropriate party.
• Assist in any problem-solving for title applications and any related DMV paperwork.
• Follow up on each title at least weekly to keep the process as short as possible.
• Assist customers, clients, and employees when questions arise for office.
• Maintain inventory logs and perform other related accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus one to two years of relevant administrative experience are preferred.
• Strong math and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with other company personnel.
• A keen eye for discrepancies and exceptional attention to detail.
• Title experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual that has a desire to enter the automotive business or has an interest in accounting, as this is an entry-level position within the accounting department.

$21 - $23 an hour *Starting wage is based on experience.
