Location: Manor, TX

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $15 – $18/hour + tip share

Sign-On Bonus: $500 – $1,000 (based on experience & tenure)

Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus based on team performance, speed & quality

Job Overview

Mountain Mike’s Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant serving the Manor community. We are looking for a hands-on Shift Lead who can take ownership of the store during assigned shifts and lead both front and back-of-house operations.

This is a leadership role, not just a position — ideal for someone who wants to grow into management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth daily operations

Assign stations, manage breaks, and maintain proper staffing levels

Ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest service standards

Train and coach team members on the floor

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled

Manage POS, cash handling, and basic reporting

Enforce food safety and sanitation standards

Communicate shift performance and issues to management

What This Role Is NOT

Not a back-of-house-only position

Not a “clock in and just work your station” role

Not suitable for someone who does not want leadership responsibility

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience (Shift Lead/Supervisor preferred)

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and customer service

Proven reliability, attendance, and consistency

Leadership mindset with ability to train and hold team accountable

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience with POS systems and cash handling

Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

English required; Spanish is a plus

Valid driver’s license preferred
