The Role: We’re looking for a Lead Baker to guide our team to produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage our team to ensure smooth production, train fellow bakers, and maintain an organized, safe, and efficient bakery. As a 24/7 bakery, we offer a wide variety of shifts and hours to fit different schedules. This position will work out of our Linc location.
