Position: Attorney Pay: $90,000.00 per year Send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Overview We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our Social Security Disability practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful client work, develop expertise in disability law, and work collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff in a supportive, professional environment. The Attorney will manage Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims, including hearings before Administrative Law Judges. Responsibilities Represent clients in SSDI and SSI claims from application through hearing level Prepare clients for hearings and represent them before Administrative Law Judges Review, analyze, and summarize medical and vocational records Draft legal briefs, memoranda, and case analyses Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and expectations Work closely with support staff to ensure effective case management Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in communication with firm standards Limited same-day travel to surrounding hearing offices Qualifications J.D. from an ABA accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Indiana and in good standing Strong writing, critical thinking, and advocacy skills Excellent communication and client-relations abilities Ability to manage deadlines and a caseload efficiently Prior experience in Social Security Disability law or administrative law is not required Commitment to client-centered advocacy and professionalism Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person, Indianapolis, IN #J-18808-Ljbffr National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives
