Qualifications Associate degree or Bachelor's degree required If less than 5 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required Must be located within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future.
