General Manager – Upper Upscale/Lifestyle Hotel

Our dream General Manager is a proven thought leader, an experienced innovator and hospitality guru. They will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations, maximize revenue, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maximize ROR and achieve key business metrics.
• Coordinate all daily operations and ensure service excellence.
• Represent the brand and support the Guidance Team’s objectives.
• Foster a positive, evolving workplace culture.
• Develop team members and build a cohesive, high‑performing staff.
• Maintain visibility with guests and staff, anticipating opportunities and challenges.
• Drive the hotel’s financial performance, balanced scorecard, and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including 3+ years as General Manager in upper‑upscale or lifestyle hotel.
• Proven track record in delivering performance across key business metrics and a balanced scorecard.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in verbal, written, and presentation settings.
• Strategic thinker who balances autonomy and accountability.
• Business acumen and understanding of all commercial and financial hospitality aspects.
• Experience in developing, launching, and operating successful concepts.
• Flexible and willing to work in a 24‑hour operation.

Pay Range

$220,000 - $245,000
