Optometric Technician / Front Desk Team Member Full-Time | In-Person Switalski Eye Care is growing—and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. If you’re dependable, people-oriented, and eager to learn, we would love to meet you. What You’ll Do This is a dynamic role that blends patient care, front desk support, and insurance coordination. Your days may include: Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism Supporting doctors during exams and pre-testing patients Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Verifying insurance and helping patients understand their benefits Being part of a team that values accuracy, kindness, and teamwork Who Thrives Here You’ll do well in this role if you: Enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences Are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Communicate clearly and work well with a team Want a workplace where your effort is noticed and appreciated Experience in optometry or healthcare is a plus - but we are happy to train the right person .
