About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to lead and drive sales and revenue growth efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pipeline development, sales strategy, and execution to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with industry leaders, participating in professional associations, and owning the Salesforce pipeline. The Vice President will also work in partnership with the global business development team and marketing to create and execute go-to-market strategies, as well as national sales and marketing plans. Key duties include leading sales and revenue growth, supporting the global chief commercial officer, and reporting potential business risks and mitigation strategies. Applicants for the Vice President, Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in new logo acquisition. A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling managed services, preferably in facilities management, commercial real estate, or a related industry, is required. The role demands a candidate with a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities. Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, as well as a background in a named-accounts or strategic-accounts leadership model, is essential. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people leader with a strong focus on relationship building, both internally and externally.
